About the foundation

The “International Institute of Optimal Solutions” Foundation is a charitable organization established in August 2023 to provide consistent and effective support to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and assist civilians affected by the war.

Since the start of the full-scale invasion, the foundation’s team has been actively implementing humanitarian, social, and defense-focused initiatives aimed at strengthening Ukraine’s resilience and supporting the families of those defending the country.

Key areas of work

Support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine

We supply military units with humanitarian aid, medical equipment, power generators, and specialized gear, working in partnership with international partners.

Humanitarian support for civilians

In 2022, humanitarian hubs were established in the Volyn and Rivne oblasts. One of the key aid routes ran along the Rivne → Lutsk → Fastiv → Obukhiv corridor.

The foundation supported students at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, assisted orphanages, provided food for zoo animals, and delivered essential supplies for civilian infrastructure.

Health and recovery programs for the children of service members

Since summer 2022, the foundation has organized annual trips abroad for the children of Ukrainian defenders to support their well-being and psychological recovery.

Program results:

International humanitarian cooperation

In March 2022, the foundation helped organize the delivery of large-scale humanitarian aid provided by Pope Francis.

Charity events and partnerships

In 2025, two charity events were held in support of the Azov Brigade.

Prominent Ukrainian public figures, artists, athletes, and philanthropists have joined the foundation’s initiatives, offering both public and behind-the-scenes support.

The foundation continues to scale its efforts and launch new social and humanitarian projects.
