The International Institute of Optimal Solutions Foundation (Tandit Foundation) is a registered non-profit organization established by Yurii Tandit in August 2023. It operates in accordance with Ukrainian law and is guided by its Articles of Association, which define its mission, areas of activity, and core principles.

Since its establishment, the foundation has maintained official financial and operational records and submits them to the relevant state authorities in accordance with legal requirements.

The foundation regularly prepares activity reports outlining the scope of assistance provided, how donated funds are used, implemented programs, and partnerships.

Annual reports are prepared at the end of each calendar year and published in open access for donors, partners, and the public.

In addition, the foundation provides separate reports to donors and corporate partners in line with the terms of their agreements, following the use of funds and completion of the respective projects.

Transparency and accountability

The foundation’s work is based on the principles of openness, responsibility, and the targeted use of funds. We strive to ensure full transparency for everyone who supports the work of the Tandit Foundation.

The activities of the International Institute of Optimal Solutions Foundation (Tandit Foundation) are governed by the Law of Ukraine “On Charitable Activities and Charitable Organizations” and carried out in compliance with accounting standards applicable to non-profit organizations.

The foundation’s operating model is designed to ensure that all processes are transparent, clear, and properly documented. The team ensures that all activities are conducted in full compliance with applicable legislation.

All charitable contributions are received through the foundation’s official bank account, and all expenses are made from it. This approach ensures full traceability of financial transactions in bank statements and reports.

Every donor, whether individual or corporate, can clearly see how their contributions are used.
